Yep, that's me! I started gaining, weight, then baby 1...and then another...and the result was a body I was NOT confident or comfortable in!

I MADE a decision

I created a lifestyle that's easy and fun. I might have pizza and a good Hefeweizen, but my balance is on point!

Along the way, and through helping others, I realized some key/critical points.

  • There is a lot of misinformation and confusion out there
  • Most diets will work for most people in the short term, but they rarely work for everyone long term
  • There's more to long-term lifestyle maintenance than diet/exercise,which is why most diets fail long term!
  • Community, education, motivation, habits and support are IMPORTANT
  • Your body, goals, age change through time, so it's rare ONE program always works without modifications, it has to adapt with you.
ProjectMe has many consistent elements through-out different goals and life changes, but we adapt it for our clients to meet their goals, from losing weight, to competing, to training for athletic events to even Mom's recovering their bodies after kids.
