||Access to the full booty program, all of the ProjectMe system, minus the Nutrition and access to the our amazing community and support including workout program, zoom workout calls, private facebook messages for support and ongoing challenges. Each Booty Program member will be assigned a mentor to help them get started and ask any questions. We’re here for you to support you and help you succeed on your fitness and wellness goals. The more you participate in the group and live out loud, the more you’ll get out of the program. Please do not dispense any medical advice in the group or offer diagnosis. Remember, we’re going to help you with your accountability. You will need dumbbells or other type of weight and a jump rope for the program. It is fairly rigorous with cardio and weighted exercise. You will work out from 4-6 days per week depending on your level for 30-45 mins. Please check with your doctor before embarking on any fitness/nutrition program and let us know any considerations we should take in account for you to adjust the program.
